SCREENWRITING CLASSES

Learn  to write visually and create a script from scratch. Structure your  acts, dialogues and transitions. Take home your bullet points and author  your screenplay in a professional and creative manner.

3 weeks session of screenwriting classes, with 4th week set for table read with our acting students, will motivate you to complete  your work on time.  This class is held via ZOOM and IN PERSON

Duration : 3 weeks.

• Structure and paradigm
• Formatting a screenplay 
• Tempo and Rhythm 
• Dialogue and Transition
• Plots and Elements 
• Script Analysis
• Writing Technique
• Entertainment Value in a Screenplay
• Table Read of your completed screenplay with acting students 

Students  learn to analyze movie scenes and distinguish writing techniques of  different screenwriters.

Students  can read out their scenes in class for inputs from teachers and other  students. Upon completing the screenplay, students are also able to hold  a table read of their entire script with the actors from our acting classes.

Several of our  screenwriting students have collaborated with acting and filmmaking students to create a film out of their creative work and have received awards at film  festivals, both in Houston and internationally
